I’d recommend this company because they did a good job removing my tree and stump and did it efficiently, i just can’t give 5 stars due to the lack of communication. Wanted them to come out and give another estimate- first estimate an hour late on arrival (no call to state they’ll be late), second estimate i needed to add more trees, no show but came when i wasn’t there, then i had to email them days later to even find out the qoute instead of them letting me know.

Highly satisfied with the work recently completed. Their workers were courteous and after removing 7 trees made it look like nothing had been disturbed by cleaning up all debris. Highly recommend!!

We just recently had a large project done by Big Timber Tree, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They will be the only company I will call in a future and I regret not finding them sooner as we have used 2 other local companies in the past and both times I wasn’t satisfied for multiple reasons. This time we needed a large tree cut down which was hanging above our pool, huge pile of dead wood removed after lot clearing, and multiple stump grinding. We had a tree fall against our house on Dec. 22. I called Big Timber the following morning (Sunday the 23rd) and Denny came right out with a quote. He called a crew in that day and they removed the tree safely from the house, preventing it from sliding and causing further damage. Very pleased with the service. Plan on using them again and again for future preventative tree removal or trimming.

Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. We moved into our home 8 years ago and there were a ton of dying and overgrown trees on our property. Over the years we have asked Big Timber to remove the trees and they always have done an excellent job. I'm about to ask them to do more work for us this fall!

Great Service & Price... Though I take down most my trees myself when I can this job was a little over my head. Albert came out and gave an extremely fair price and his team used tremendous care in removing some large trees and branches in and around the house and power lines. They even brought in a spider lift to limit the wear on my lawn. When they left it looked like they were never there! Thanks again!
