This place is brutal. Tried for many days to call and set up an appointment. No one answers the phone. Finally left a message and still no reply. Make enough money hiring some staff to answer phones!!
Dr Lafrancois was rude and cold .She showed no compassion for a patient who had orthoscopic surgery done several months ago and has a new injury which she will not fix .Cold and uncaring doctor .If i could give zero stars,I would .
I had a surgery consult with Dr. Riediger and he was very polite, professional and friendly, he explained everything very thoroughly so I was able to understand clearly and provided me with a couple of different options to choose from moving forward with my injury. Thank you, Dr. Riediger!!
Can't get a hold of anyone at this place. Just says the hours of operation and then hangs up
I was happy with the surgical and follow up part from here. But if you are on planning to go on short term or want to get any forms filled don’t expect the forms to be filled on time. I been waiting 6 weeks to get my short term form filled by my doctor. I don’t know how I am supposed to pay my bills and rent. Now they are making me go to the office at-least twice a week. Then i end up paying for parking, my gas. I am still waiting…..
