I have had hearing aids before, but never have I had the experience that is Big Thicket Audio. Dr. Joni and her staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. They make sure my hearing needs are met.
Very thorough and professional examination. They were very patient with me trying different hearing aides. Helped me find the best most comfortable. Also suggested a Bluetooth device for my tv, which I love. Thank you.
