Great environment, friendly, knowledgeable staff, took the time to explain procedures and offered the product but not pushy about buying thru them.

I consider myself lucky to find this audiologist. We are from another state and had hearing aid issues so I called around and found this place in Lumberton after I told her my situation and she took my broken hearing aid and in a matter of minutes she had it repaired. Gave me a hearing test and set up my hearing aids. They are working great now I would highly recommend this place for anybody with hearing problems. They are now my Texas audiologist.
The people was very nice and they treated you like you were someone
