Thank all of those in the office. Im that person that scheduled and then rescheduled twice. The person they worked with the day I came is my mom, they took their time, re-ran some of the test. She has limited hearing so some of them are really had for her. They didn't push for her to purchase a new hearing aid, as the one she has is one they work with. They cleaned and adjusted her hearing aid to the current hear and Walla! She is listening, and hearing better. Than you to all at Big Thickett.
