I came later in the afternoon and had my 2 dogs with me they were going to stay in the Truck while I finished paperwork. But they told me to bring them inside and Mead me feel very welcome . I’ve called four times been there twice and still am waiting to find out about a trailer I want to purchase, and pay cash . They don’t follow thru. Lacking customer service 🤨 Unhappy with how they do business.
Awesome customer service, big selection, great prices. Arrived at 9am was on my way home with my new trailer at 11am, can’t beat that.

Parts department never gets back with me. They can't seam to figure out the right part, tried 4 times to deal with them. I even drove sixty miles one way to try to get the part, no luck. I even call the manufacturer And got the part number for them
It's been over a month and I still haven't received a single reply back to any of my emails requesting a rental. I've never experienced a place of business who actively decides to ignore their customers. Money in hand, ready to make a reservation for a rental, yet no response. Maybe they're going out of business?
