Had warranty work done on a Big Tex trailer and they got right to working on it, did all the dealings with Big Tex corporate and had trailer fixed in no time. Very professional, excellent customer relations and super friendly. Huge thanks to this dealership.
This place doesn't deserve more than a one star. I called a few weeks ago and spoke with Francisco a salesman. He was going to get me pricing on a few different flat beds for my 2006 dodge 2500 and was supposed to email me the information. I never received anything from him so I called him the next day a ans he said he got busy..... So I asked to please send the info as soon as possible, please! I own a plumbing company in Celina Texas and purchased a trailer from Big Tex Trailers in Van Alstyne. After owning the trailer for over a year I had to have the tires replaced and was told by the company I was buying tires from that there were problems with the wheel lugs possibly having been over tightened and many were seized in place. horrible customer service worst sales person I have ever encountered i've been there 3 times looking at trailers waiting for a 7x12 that was suppose to come in a few weeks, never did, basically sales manager doesn't want to be bothered and got angry with me when i asked about the 7x12 that still hasn't come in.
Glad to see Brandon is back , he knows his stuff when it comes to repairs. They had a good team there once , seemed everyone just vanished. But once again they are getting back a service tech that will absolutely get me coming back for my repairs.
Good selection of trailers, but terrible customer service. I will not go back. Their sales staff is indifferent and the service department is terrible.
Worst customer service ever, they were rude, short and absolute no help with the questions I had. We purchased our trailer and it was for one price online and they marked it up 2 grand. They told me $650 for straps and charged $780, When I asked about the cheater bar for the straps they installed he said it was separate. Why you wouldn't include the tool you have to have to use the straps, is ridiculous. All around awful experience
