You are better off going to the auction buying your own vehicle. This is what they do..... Triple the price, you sign, then get assaulted when a woman stands up and speaks her mind. Horrible, when You first go in to purchase a car, Customer Service was Great! I purchased a 2006 Hummer in December, It has been in the shop since purchase. They dont give rentals, expectant to still pay your car note, with No regards of the incontviencnce. So Now I'm stuck with this truck that has been having problems since purchase, still in the shop. They DONT work with you, and promise LIES. Once you pay that down payment They treat you.like CRAP. VERY, VERY poor customer Service!

Hard to sale/ No RESPONSE
My experience with Big Tex Auto is none other than excellent. The team is very friendly and very helpful. I've had my car going on 2 years now and the attitude and the atmosphere at Big Tex Auto has never changed. A couple of times I was late on my payment but they understand that in life things happens.
