If I had a choice not to leave a star at all I wouldnt!!!!!!!I purchased a 2008 Cadillac Escalade on Mothers Day weekend. I had to wait 2-3 days before I was able to get it due to them saying it needs to go through inspection and after finally getting it the check engine light was on, the passenger door handle was loose as well as the chrome piece on the side door. The mirrors dont close, car SHAKES AND ROCKS over 60 mph on the freeway. I had to drop the car off twice to get everything fixed and the check engine light is sti... read more

Ok so even though my husband has a truck from them already I didn’t think I would be approved to get anything but I was thanks to Orlando he was very awesome and fast I would definitely recommend if you need a vehicle to see him.. he’s very polite and will get you what you want and need.

Well I was with Chacon autos but they kept charging me for insurance when I had my own I came to big Tex auto and with no problems or hassle SandyMoran helped me get a 2010 honda pilot in less than a hour !!! I am a very satisfied customer!!!
Bought my daughter a car from here 3 times then I purchased a car for myself . Very friendly and honest. I have referred a lot of people to Big Tex that’s just how good they are. If you need a nice car, truck or SUV this is the place to go and don’t have to wait all day. Special thank you to Sandra and Jose. If I have any problems they are there for me all the time.
They are a bad company to get a car from. They don’t fix your car even if it’s under warranty. They make excuses on everything and won’t answer your questions. They are really unprofessional
We went to Big Tex Auto Mart the other night looking for a pickup and we worked with Moses and he was wonderful they helped us so much the vehicle is fantastic and our choices were very good they're very good people to work with and we appreciated them very much we would buy another vehicle there right away without question
