Almost have my DAI-LS1 system installed. They helped some throughout my build, but sometimes had a smart a** attitude. Been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks and all you get is a answering machine. I left messages and sent emails, but they do not respond. It looks like their customer service went out the window
