I don’t review many places, but the customer service I I get from Amber and the whole team has been fantastic. I’ve been with them over a year now and the facility is clean, secure, and have not had any issues.
Sat my account up online on a Sat, took my trailer on Sun, gate code didn't work (gate hadn't updated), left a voicemail at facility phone, less than 5 minutes later they called me with temporary gate code, on a Sunday, I was very pleased!
We were able to get a spot promptly and working with the manager was pleasant and very helpful.
We have been very pleased with this storage facility and personnel. Very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable people when contracting this storage space. The facility is very clean and well kept. The construction looks to be high-quality based on some other facilities I have seen, so we are very happy with this storage location!
