Owner of Big Sticky is one of the rudest man I have met. He should NOT be the owner of a restaurant. Will never eat there again.
Best place for BBQ in Troy. Blows the other places away. The pulled pork actually tastes like it is BBQ’d. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Troy for BBQ.

Excellent Smoked BBQ, Brisket & wings!
We went here on Friday night around 7 PM. While eating here, the owner made us feel uncomfortable and we felt rushed to eat and leave. The workers in the ice cream shop left while we were still eating and left the trash bags full in one of the corners. No big deal they just forgot to grab it and throw it out before they left. Once the owner discovered it he was mumbling under his breath about his workers and it made the environment seem tense and not relaxed like we had hoped. This is hands down the best BBQ you can find in the area. The staff was great in helping my family pick out what kind of food we might like and boy they hit it spot on! The courtesy and friendliness of the staff is only exceeded by the owner who not only oversees every facet of his business but took the time to actually sit down with my family and make sure everything was ok! Thanks Tony, our family will definitely be repeat customers
