Trying to revise my review. There was a miscommunication that was my fault. That one star rating is now a 5. They have been tremendous now that we have the issue worked out. Responsive, honest, and great to deal with. I would highly recommend Big Star Motors. Reuben Gonzalez has been a huge help, and has made the process a very smooth one. Good bunch of people. They do what they say and keep their word. That is a rare thing in such a cutthroat business. They definitely deserve your consideration.
