We had an air conditioning system installed recently. A-coil and condenser included. Unfortunately it seems the installation was completed by either their 1st year or someone not certified. Working backwards. The fan wire (G) was cut at the furnace at install and then coiled up around the 6wire main. This was not as it was originally, not how the specs called for the wiring be completed. Second, the plenum above the A-coil was falling apart. Awesome service. Very personable both in the office and the technician. Our hot water heater wasn’t working and I had called another company that never called me back. I was reading the paper and saw Big Springs had won the reader’s choice award numerous years in a row. It’s easy to see why.
