I reached out to this company to fix our furnace that failed on us. I received same day service by Matt, the technician who showed up. Matt was extremely calm, humble, honest, transparent, intelligent and professional to say the least. Big Springs Plumbing and Heat is an honest and professional company with a knowledgeable team. I had an issue with my hot water heater, and they fixed it quickly and within budget. Their receptionist was very polite, and everyone I dealt with was great—plus, they got me into their schedule surprisingly fast. I called several plumbing companies when I noticed a wet spot of the ceiling of my kitchen. One company quoted me close to $300 just to have the issue assessed. Big Spring Plumbing had friendly staff who were able to set me up with an appointment and Greg came out and fixed the problem, for less then others quoted me. Greg was professional and honest about the issue. I appreciated his expertise and can sleep easy knowing the problem is fixed. I highly recommend this business.
