I was charged $60.00 more the second time I brought my kitten in and the receptionist said it was because they cleaned her ears. The first time they did it for free and never told me that I’d have to pay in the future for that service. That’s a lot of money just to clean a kittens ears. Especially since there were no mites our infection. The lady had an attitude because I’m not gonna let them charge me for something like that. Took my cat for a checkup here. They were amazing. My cat is very temperamental and she loved them.
The staff was so friendly and kind! They took such good care of my fur baby. The staff was also very knowledgeable and were willing to show me some tricks to help me trim my cat's claws and clean his ears. They showed me how to put drops in his ears and massage them in safely...they also gave him some good cat nip 😂. I know my baby will be better in no time! Thank you!
I took both of my cats there this past Tuesday and I have NEVER had such a stress free vet appointment EVER! The everyone on the staff was so caring and so nice! I am so happy that I was recommended to go there! I have found my new vet clinic! My cats might think differently, but I'm sold! :-)
newly renovated as a cat only clinic. looks great and the kitties are happy.
Not our usually vet but I'll think we'll be switching our pets over to them now. They have come through for our family twice now. Once on Thanksgiving 2015 when no vets were open and our beloved older dog took a sudden turn for the worse as a result of end stage kidney failure. And again today when our puppy was stung by a bee and had an anaphylactic reaction. We can't thank the vets here enough!
