We had a wonderful experience at Big Smiles Ranch in Odessa! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient from the moment we walked in. My son definitely tried to cry his way out of his cleaning, but the team was so kind and reassuring with him throughout the appointment. They never seemed rushed or frustrated and did a great job helping him feel comfortable. Awesome experience everytime we come for check ups. Dr. Gonzales always is very attentive and ready to answer any questions about any special procedures. Everyone is very friendly and happy to help in any way. My kids love it here.
