The office is clean, welcoming, and the staff are friendly with warm smiles. It is a good place for orthodontic treatment, and we appreciate the care provided. I originally shared small feedback, and I truly appreciate how professionally and respectfully my concern were handled. It is good to see a doctor who listens to patients and parents and willing to make improvements. The level of responsiveness and commitment to patient care highly of the practice.
My son and I both received treatment at Big Smile Orthodontics, and our experience was excellent. Dr. A and her team are professional, patient, and genuinely care about their patients. They always took the time to answer our questions and address any concerns. Our treatment plans worked perfectly, and we are thrilled with the results! The facility is state of the art, pleasant and welcoming!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Asrar and her amazing staff. From day one, they’ve been professional, caring, patient, and always made every appointment such a smooth experience.
