We've been seeing Dr Waller for the past several years. I have had wisdom tooth extractions and he and his hygienists have also been treating me for periodontal disease. I cannot stand someone putting their hands in my mouth but the entire staff is so great that even after we moved 45 minutes out of the Fredericksburg area we still travel back for our dental appointments. The entire staff is fantastic.
My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Wallers for 11 years. He is such a great dentist! Very efficient, friendly, knowledgable, and accomadating! Great location, great staff, and great Dentist! Recommend to all!
Excellent customer service by all staff. Dr Waller was the first dentist who did not try to talk me into saving a tooth that would have cost thousands. Instead, he followed my request and pulled it. It is nice to know there are still some dentists are just about making the almighty dollar, but that care about their patients' wants and needs. I am looking forward to my next visit. I would recommend him to anyone.
My family and I moved away from Fredericksburg in the Spring of 2013, and we really miss having Dr. Waller as our dentist. He has always been kind and caring, honest and fair, which is why so many people clearly appreciate him. Would almost make the 7 hour trip to visit this office for our dental care, because it's important to find someone you trust. Sadly, we have not been able to do that with another dentist since moving. Thank you and your wonderful staff for the great care, we sincerely appreciate it!
My family and I absolutely could not ask for a more patient, gentle, caring, understanding dentist! He was so gentle with both my kids and got both of them enjoying going to the dentist. His staff as well as Dr. Waller are awesome!!!
Words can't even describe how awesome this man has been to me. I was scared to death of going to the dentist but he was very kind and gentle with me, which in turn helped me to overcome my fear and his staff is great. If you're in search of a good dentistry these guys and gals are the best around.
