When they eventually came out to my house the two technicians were really nice and funny. Painless and quick! I would 100% recommend the guys at Big Sky Plumbing. I walked out to a puddle under my hot water heater. Barry took my call on a Sunday. Asked me a series of questions then had me text over some photos. He was able to get back to me with a price for replacement and i set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The whole process was seamless and quick. I could not be more happy with the work was done and would absolutely use them again in the future.
