We all love Dr. Rob. He is very compassionate when you have to say Good-bye to your beloved pet. He is very caring toward all our dogs.
Dr. Rob is a wonderful surgeon with great "pet-side" manner. It was obviously a busy Friday for the office, yet he took extra time with all of our dogs to answer questions and get to know them, not forcing anything unnecessary. Great moderate, open minded and personalized approach to veterinary medicine. Well worth the 5hr drive. He also found a very small additional mass, saving our Star either another surgery at least, or her life at most. Big Sky Pet Center is the best! I absolutely love Dr. Rob & the staff here. They provide excellent care & services with genuine compassion. I have no doubts my furbaby is getting the best care here.
The staff is always so friendly. I feel that they actually take the time to know about the animals and are very knowledgeable.
