I was having trouble with my 350 pick-up, they got me right in and got it fixed. The staff was both friendly and knowledgeable.
The front brake rotors have abnormal wear. I was told it was from road condition. I have a 2004 f-150 with three times as many miles on the brakes same road conditions and no abnormal wear. Where I work we have a fleet of 26 pickups and none of them show wear like this. the road conditions are a lot worse such as a lot of mud snow an dust. there is a problem with the pads or rotors or both and no one wants to do anything about it.
The service department definitely took care of me. They came and picked my car up, took it back the shop for required maintenance, and then brought it back to me. This is one of the reasons I love Big Sky Ford!
The service department has no clue what they are doing. Because they are the only Ford shop in town I have taken my vehicle to them over and over to have nothing but problems. They never fix the problem and it takes forever for them to complete the work. They have no idea about good customer service and do nothing to try and fix the problem. Do not buy from them and do not take your car to them. Beware!
