My first interaction with BSCC was when an employee stopped by my work place downtown and we had a nice chat about our work places and community downtown. I hit a deer on 10/26. Took my car to Big Sky Collision and they got it in on 11/12. My completion date was set for 11/28 by 530. I was told on the morning of 11/28 that the headlight for my car is on national backorder, and it still hasn’t showed up yet. No big deal, except I have been driving a rental for 3 weeks and it was already spendy. Having the rental for another week put me wayyyyyyy over my budget. Went TWICE over 7 months to have my sunroof fixed. Then it flew off as I was going 75mph down the highway. This is NOT the “lifetime guarantee” they promise!!! They didn’t even replace the hardware to keep it in place 🙄🙄🙄
Big shout out to Rob Charette and the Big Sky Collision Center team. They did an amazing job repairing my front bumper. I couldn’t thank Robert enough for everything he has done. I definitely recommend Big Sky Collision Center!!
