Dillon is fantastic! My original wedding ring was beautiful, but it wasn't exactly practical or high quality. Dillon took the time to understand what I was looking for in an anniversary ring, gave me several options with zero pressure. I ultimately went with a different ring that only needed sizing and he still provided excellent service! Would definitely recommend!
Dillon helped the wife, and I through the process of finding the right ring for her to wear at work. His recommendations were spot on with what we had in mind. The product we bought was exactly what he said it would be, and arrived in the timeframe given. He’s very professional, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable on the materials, and products that were used.
We had some jewellery that we bought in Saudi Arabia over 20 years ago and it had just been sitting in a safety deposit box for years. Dillon was very honest and informative about how to access the value of the jewellery, selling options, and applied no sales pressure.
