We stop in almost every Saturday morning and it is always a conundrum! So many wonderful choices! The bakery is by far one of the best in the State of Montana. We are always greeted with a smile and a cup of great coffee!

They have been open for two years and today was the first time I had heard or tried Big Sky Bread and Pastry. I have been missing out for two years and I'm leaving soon. I'm a sucker for traditional pastry that has authentic roots! What a fantastic addition to Great Falls! It needs more and more of this type of quality!

Tackled a couple of your croissants - almond and chocolate (shared with my wife) - and was DELIGHTED to have a such a masterful bit of butter pastry. The flavors and fillings were perfectly proportioned, not overstuffed with goo. Buttery but not greasy. It's been a very long time since we've enjoyed something so well done. Also bought a baguette and just made the simplest and best sandwich one can make with such a good bread - butter, a slice of the best ham you can get hold of, a slice of brie and a light smear of dijon mus... read more
