I am really kinda frustrated. When you really need some help there's no one. I don't usually use my heat until is about 5-or so. Well Saturday the 12 th of January 2024 I decided that on Sunday I'd turn the heat on. It's no on nothing on the screen so I connected management. I was asked what is it set at!!! I don't know there is nothing on the screen. I'm still waiting for a reply. So I guess I'll continue to use my electric fireplace. No point in any further communication. I get it's the weekend.
