I have been doing Yoga with Ron and Nancy since March 2014. Since then I lost 30 lbs I feel great I am able to do things I couldn't before. Their personal attention to every movement make me feel as my personal coach. When I started I was 215 lbs and I never felt out of place or awkward. Thank Ron and Nancy for your personal attention.
Love Bikram Yoga at Big Ron's on Saturday. Even though it's been years since my last yoga class, I was made to feel welcome, included, and given instruction that I could personally accomplish at my level. Great direction given in love.
