Fast and efficient service. I loved the text message letting me know when my technician would arrive. He was very pleasant to work with and the job was fantastic. You can really tell these people care about their customers.
Trevor did a fantastic job with our carpets considering that they were in dire need of cleaning! We won't be embarrassed hosting holiday parties this year. Thanks Rex and your crew once again for a job well done!
I’m so disappointed in my service with this company! My rug looks worst then when they picked it up! Wrinkles everywhere wasn’t dry when it was delivered. Was suppose to have been shaved so all the strains were the same. It was $250 to get cleaned and I put most of my furniture over it to hide all the wrinkles. I would not recommend them to clean your carpets. Had to call to get bid, then had to call and say when’s it coming back. Rugs are not cheap to buy and this one wasn’t now I need to start shopping for a new rug.
This company comes hands down recommended!! Rex did wonders and got me a guy (Steve) scheduled to come out and get our corporate office carpet cleaned within hours of the same night that I called. Everything looked wonderful for our meetings and things for the following day! Very professional and outstanding service!

I would recommend to friends. X-large area rug came back looking great and better than I expected. Price was about what I thought it would be. Also had them clean carpets in three rooms. After those dried the guy came back and laid out the area rug.
Was not satisfied with their work and would not recommend. He was late and seemed unorganized. (He had to leave to go get a solution.) Did not move any of funiture and did not get all the stains out. Some spots of the rug were so wet it took several days to dry.
Carpet looks new again, so happy, it's 10 years old and looks great!!
