Steer clear from this company, they are the most dishonest company I have dealt with. I called this company and spoke to Rex in regards to giving me an estimate for a small area on my carpet where my dogs urinated and my kids never cleaned it up. At this time, he informed me that they will come out, look at the carpet, remove the carpet off the pad to see if the urine went all the way down. my carpet is 20 years old with puppy spots, after Mathew cleaned it it looks fabulous. Matthew was friendly and a pure pleasure to work with. Thank you Rex for quick service and staff I felt completely comfortable with. I was thinking we would need to replace carpet soon and now I won't need to do this. I will never do my own carpets again you have my business for life.
They stretched and cleaned our carpets and the carpet looks great! Turned out way better than we expected! Other carpet stretchers we contacted never followed through but these guys are quick to respond and came out & gave us a quote and were utter professionals! Highly recommend!!
Big Red did a great job! They are professional all the way. I had some restretching done along with carpet cleaning. I especially appreciated the text message the night before the appointment, confirming the time along with who was coming out. Then the morning of, a similar message that they were on their way. Top notch!
Big red was early and did an exceptional job of cleaning. Recommend to everyone. In and out in slightly more than an hour.
I was disappointed in the way my hallway turned out. It was my main concern. My house is very small and mostly just had to do small areas. The price was way too expensive for my size of house. I’m very disappointed in what I got for the cost. I will shop around for someone different next time. Would not recommend.
