Helpful staff, excellent customer service, great products. What more needs said?
Words cannot describe how I feel about Big Red tire!! I have been there many times and every single time they have gone above and beyond to help me. Yesterday I had a flat tire and had to have the car towed (long story). A gentleman from Big Red came and picked myself and my two children up so we didn't have to walk the 2 miles to the shop and then stayed late to get my tire fixed. Cannot say enough good things about my experience today. At 3:30 I called Dan - my car needed a new starter - and I am leaving tomorrow morning to drive to Minneapolis for a wedding. He squeezed me in and got me rolling at 5:40. They shut down their register at 5:30 - told me to come in and pay next week. UNBELIEVABLE - Dan and the mechanics saved the day for me and my family!!!!!!! I've taken my car here before - now I will not take it anywhere else. Customer for life.

Dan and the guys are the best! No matter what you need done they will make it happen. It's like a NASCAR pit stop, you're in and out before you know it.
