Very easy rental process and the storage unit was clean and ready to use.

EDIT: Despite being fully aware of my needs (needing a storage unit for a short undetermined amount of time) and saying that they could provide that. When it came time to refund the unused days not only did they refuse to give me a refund but they have the unit least to another customer. So they're collecting rent from me this month for it as well as from another customer. It doesn't get much more dishonest than that.
