Renting a unit was a easy process. Curt answered all my questions. Moving in the unit was clean and sprayed for bugs and Included a mouse deterrent.
Curt was very thorough explaining the storage agreement. Very courteous! My storage area was super clean! Friendly people!
They were very helpful and accommodating when I accidentally signed up for a controlled climate unit over the weekend and then signed up for a regular storage unit the same day. Monday morning I showed up and the were great at allowing me to get into the correct unit and cancel the climate controlled unit with no issues. Highly recommend!!
