I had a great experience at Big Red Self Storage. I was able to pay my rent and submit my move out notice online. The staff was very polite and efficient. I had my own code to get on the property after hours and didn't have any problems.
The owner of this facility is Maynard, and he was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I have received excellent customer service from him and his staff and they were willing to work with my schedule so I could use their moving truck when they were closed on a Sunday- how nice! I felt the facility was extremely secure (a gate with a keypad and automated door) and security cameras everywhere.
