It was very easy to set everything up online. The unit was clean and easy to access.
Won't let you use the bathroom while working at the property.
We've used Big Red Self Storage for our college storage needs. The unit was easy to book online. The facility is safe and secure and very easily accessible either during office hours or after hours with an access code. The code is provided to you when you sign up online or in person.
Simple lease procedure online, was able to find and rent exactly what I needed at the Van Dorn location. I had a couple questions before I moved in, the manager Amy was very easy to deal with and very helpful!
Great experience renting our unit. Amy was so nice, answered all our questions. Highly recommend Big Red Self Storage!
