I have used Big Red Carpet for my home and they are excellent!! My carpets had stains removed and look fantastic. They were on time, trustworthy and affordable. I loved their quality!
Excellent service! These guys are second to none when it comes to carpet cleaning.
Highly recommend them! Big Red did a great job on my carpet. You don’t realize how dirty your carpet is until you get it cleaned. They for also very knowledgeable on all kinds of carpet and taught me some tricks for fixing pet stains.
Had 1/2 gallon of paint spill on the floorboard of my truck. After being told that I would need to replace the carpet through out my truck, decided to give Big Red a try. Steve was very helpful and was very upfront about possible not getting it out, however, “bring it by and let’s give it a try! What do we have to lose”. I brought it by and about an hour later you can’t even tell anything happened!!! Great service!!!
They did an excellent job! Great with pet stains! Out carpets look brand new! So happy with this company and Steve is the best! Very friendly and did a great job! Will use them again....for sure!
Excellent! They have cleaned carpet that I thought was hopelessly stained and made it look new. They did a great job on my tile and grout as well.
