RecommendedDecided to have our carpets cleaned and had used Big Red previously at my prior house. Once again they did a great job. Steve was easy to get a hold of and showed up on time for the initial estimate as well as for the actual cleaning. He was very informative about the process and asked about any specific stains or spills we've had so he could treat the areas appropriately. Carpets look great and very happy with the results. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Just got my couch cleaned by Big Red. Looks like new and smells great too. Highly recommend Big Red and there team.
