They do a great job they look out for their customers. Great prices friendly, one of a kind. Just like the old school places were they take good care u for you and do quality work. Kinda reminds me of one of those old mom-and-pop places we need more places like this and people like them !!!!!!!!

Horrible Horrible. I pulled up and the first thing said to me was "pop the hood sweetheart." I should have run him over then. I am a 29 year old female with a respectable career and a good education and don't appreciate "pet" names from someone in his early 30's whom I have never met and am involved in a business proposition with. GREAT SERVICE - WONDERFUL STAFF This is such a great place to go for your oil changes. They are friendly and informative. As a woman it can sometimes be intimidating to go to an auto repair place. They make you so at ease and tell you everything you need to know. They treat you kindly. They also give out great coupons everytime you go there.
Worst place in Howell to get a lube and oil change...and car wash! Big Ray's in Howell is the worst place to go for a lube and oil in Howell. (I went there on 11/26/08 to get a regular lube and oil job performed). The employees who handle the lube and oil jobs try to come across as if they are your true lube and oil advocate by constantly referring to you as "boss.
