Crooks! Sent my son there for an oil change, only 17, but time for him to do this stuff on his own. Told him just get to oil change and to say no to any extras. Son said the guy was super unfriendly and intimidating and that it was necessary that he get the "engine flushed" because the oils was dark and there was "sludge" on the bottom of the cap. Big Rays is the Best oil change service in Holland for me. They know what there doing, run their shop with integrity, and they are always very polite. I'm busy and can't get there during the week and Big Rays is alway open on Saturdays! Thanks Big Rays, I appreciate your service!
I got my oil changed on 08/25/2016. I am now, less than 2 weeks later, getting a refill on oil because the guy who did my oil change here did not plug it properly resulting in my car leaking oil all the way on my drive back to the metro Detroit area and risking my engine seizing.
