RecommendedGreat,friendly, honest service, reasonably priced oil changed. They don't try and get you to buy a bunch of extras every time you go. when it comes to getting my vehicles fixed, this is the only place I will go. Brent is the only mechanic that I will let touch my Toyota! very knowledgeable and most importantly HONEST, unfortunately that is hard to come by anymore. they have my business as long as they are around.
Oil changed, new filter, new wiper blades, and a handsome crew. Love going to Big Rapids Penzoil & Auto Repair.

Great service. Great people. Although I must say I'm quite disappointed that they will no longer give me a car wash coupon for my work truck. The sign does read 'free car wash for EVERY service' I do recommend their services, however I will not take my vehicles there anymore.

Always fast, super professional, helpful, fair pricing and they always go above and beyond. Plus, as a lady, you never feel intimidated taking your car in to get fixed like you would at some other places, they walk you through the issue and make you feel involved. -J.S

Just sat in line for 30 minutes only to watch the car next to me go in first because the truck in front of us had a “big problem” but apparently no one could come let us know sooner than 30 minutes! Then wanted us to wait for the car that was there 10 minutes after us to go through also! Horrible customer service!!!
