RecommendedDr. Coles set me up with progressive lenses on my new eyeglasses and they’re amazing. While they took a little while to adapt do, I must say I see better than ever, with a much better depth perception. Reading is also much easier for me without the eye strain I had before. I would definitely recommend Big Rapids Family Eyecare!

This is by far the best eyecare office I have ever been to. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is easy to get appointments. They fix glasses for free without an appointment. They know and connect with the insurance companies and work within those parameters. Dr. Coles is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to fit me with some contacts that actually worked; I had been to other offices with a different outcome. I highly recommend Big Rapids Family Eyecare to everyone!
The staff here are wonderful! They have a great selection of glasses, and are great for helping you with what you need/want. I ordered new glasses and contacts through them, and would highly recommend this office! Dr Hinkley did my exam, and she was very friendly and kind.
Very thorough and easy to work with they explain everything and don’t push you into buying something they don’t feel you need at this time
