This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dentist I had a tooth broken off with an exposed nerve and the diagnosis given to me by another dentist he not only jabbed at all my teeth but spent 35 minutes with his nurse that is more than obvious on meth trying to sell me more work then shot me in my lip only with numbing agent gave me antibiotics for the pain and told me to come back in a week
Back in 2014-15 i went to see the dentist for the first time in a long time and i had gone to the reed city office but referred to the big rapids office. When i got to the office the staff was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. For some reason i have a fear of the dentist. dr sharp was my dentist and he could tell that i was nervous and scared, while he was talking to me he calmed me down and said that everything was going to be fine. Friendly staff, beautiful office, fun atmosphere. Dr. Black is a blast and his assistant I believe her name is Jena are an awesome team! Definitely would recommend!
My husband and I went to this office for our dental care. After 6 months of weekly visits,$40,000 cash out of pocket. And a mouth full of implants and bridges,the Dr. Informed my husband that he still had cavities. I was not happy.
