I have been a Big Purple Dot customer for a few years. It is, in my opinion, a basic CRM where I am able to put my notes and scheduled my follow up calls. I was on a "Free" trial that ran its course for about a year - I kept on receiving service reminders and I simply responded that I was all set with the free platform. I bought into this 1 year ago. I was told that everything was automated and not very much set up on my part. Once i purchased it, i found that i actually did have to customize ALL of what i wanted it to do. Which is not what I had time to do. They talked me into their platform stating it was better than those already designed for real estate. I asked them to cancel my account. They cancelled the $25 per month. My team obtained Big Purple Dot about one week ago. We were very disappointed in the service. It was taking 38 minutes to get the leads. By that time, they were lost. My team leader contacted Big Purple Dot and asked for a refund or for the problem to be fixed. They declined to give a refund or to fix the problem. They stated that we had the service for a week.
