Worst renting experience ever! Do not rent from them. My wife and I would call the maintenance line and would be asked if it was an emergency. Well when your ceiling is leaking and your radiators are leaking yes I think that’s an emergency! Had no heat for most of the winter. Not one but 2 bedbug infestations. Then after renting from them for 7.5 years we are told they will no longer lease to us and we had a month to move out! They are as shady as shady can be. Julia enjoys illegal & unlawful entries & Pixie Property workers enjoy showcasing their büttcracks. Avoid this company & these people at all costs. :) negative reviews if possible.
I rented from Pixie properties/Big Property Management my sophomore year of college on Sigsbee. Unfortunately I didn't do enough research before hand and ended up with the worst landlord experience I've ever dealt with. Our house was literally falling apart around us and Pixie made zero effort to fix it. The cabinets in our kitchen only had half the doors (with promise to fix them before we moved in which never happened) the light fixtures were broken and all of the door knobs would constantly fall off.
