I will give you the 2%- You covered the labor for the radiator, pump, and head gasket - however, we still had to pay for the parts- Your cost was a mere drop in the bucket of how much money we are out due to your mistakes. If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. Chris ripped my husband off. My husband needed a new engine installed in his jeep. When my husband went to go pick up his jeep, to his surprise he also had to pay for a new radiator and pump, which he literally just had installed. The radiator and pump that Chris installed was already installed without our permission.
