Had oil change done on outboard got home motor cover scratched up and trailer over the tire had huge gash going inwards clearly something was dropped on it, tried to say that the tire went through the trailer on the way home, no way possible.
Inboard service only they said. Was very helpful with advice and recommendations for my antique outboard.

I will give you the 2%- You covered the labor for the radiator, pump, and head gasket - however, we still had to pay for the parts- Your cost was a mere drop in the bucket of how much money we are out due to your mistakes. If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. Chris ripped my husband off. My husband needed a new engine installed in his jeep. When my husband went to go pick up his jeep, to his surprise he also had to pay for a new radiator and pump, which he literally just had installed. The radiator and pump that Chris installed was already installed without our permission.
