Having only one individual working in the store on a beautiful Saturday morning when people are out and about is probably not the best idea. Standing at the counter for 10 minutes without even the slightest acknowledgement from the employee that was here is a bit disappointing. If I weren't here to purchase as gift card for someone else, I would turn around and leave. It's great to give attention to the customers you are working with but those waiting at the counter for something that should be quick in and out are important... read more

Melissa, we apologize for not having more than one person in store when you arrived and you not being promptly greeted. Often things happen that are unavoidable, such as today. We strive to do our best to meet every guest's needs, and Saturdays are days when we do see more guests. We do schedule more than one person early in the morning, but we had one of our guest advocates sick today and wasn't able to be here at 9:00am, when we opened. I had a great first time experience here getting fitted for shoes! Ryan was super friendly, helpful, and patient with my questions. He explained the process and with his help I was able to find the perfect shoes- and they were on sale! I had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend it! :)
I went in and met with Gary who did an incredible job setting me up with the right shoes. Great business and people!
They are my go to store for athletic shoes! I have huge foot issue's & they work with me until I find the right shoe! Their foot analysis system, stride analysis is THE BEST! They back up your purchase, not happy ,even after 30 days, return them ! AWESOME staff!
