Having only one individual working in the store on a beautiful Saturday morning when people are out and about is probably not the best idea. Standing at the counter for 10 minutes without even the slightest acknowledgement from the employee that was here is a bit disappointing. Business response:
Melissa, we apologize for not having more than one person in store when you arrived and you not being promptly greeted. Often things happen that are unavoidable, such as today. I had a great first time experience here getting fitted for shoes! Ryan was super friendly, helpful, and patient with my questions. He explained the process and with his help I was able to find the perfect shoes- and they were on sale! I had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend it! :)
I went in and met with Gary who did an incredible job setting me up with the right shoes. Great business and people!
They are my go to store for athletic shoes! I have huge foot issue's & they work with me until I find the right shoe! Their foot analysis system, stride analysis is THE BEST! They back up your purchase, not happy ,even after 30 days, return them ! AWESOME staff!
Great store if you're a new or advanced runner. Made sure I left the store with what I needed.
Fantastic! Thank you to Blair for the awesome service today...you definitely have a repeat customer here!
The friendly staff at this store went above and beyond when they helped me out by jump starting my car yesterday. They saved me from needing a tow and I am loving my comfortable new Feetures socks today! I'll be back!
