Had not been in the store for some time...since my son ran cross country in high school. Still great service. Sales staff we friendly and made sure I got just the right pair of walking to fit my needs.

Great...I mean, GREAT! staff! Two visits this week, once with Donna, and the other with Kennedy. Very knowledgeable, very personable, and VERY patient! Helped us out with new shoes. You need to go see these folks! Thanks, y'all!
Stopped by today looking for new shoes to get me back on track, after recovering from my broken ankle. The staff were amazing, taking to time to make sure all customers were being helped during a busy time. Lindsey (I hope I spelled that correctly) dealt with a difficult situation very gracefully, and then spent a good amount of time helping me find the right fit - including calling other stores to find my size in the color I liked. I can't to pick up the shoes when they come in. Well done Big Peach!

Big shout out to Lindsay! She talked shoes and IT band issues with me when my beloved Saucony Rides were giving me issues. They gave me a full exchange and set me up with a wonderful new pair after analyzing my gait and fit. Lindsay even seamlessly organized a pick up of the shoe at another store since the Kennesaw store was out. Best customer service and so happy to be able to buy my running shoes from Big Peach �

We were in a hurry and Lindsey walked right up to me and my son and gave us exceptional service and loved her attitude and spirit! She is very knowledgeable , she educated my son about the different shoes she was showing us! She got us taken care of and out the door to make my sons drivers ed lesson! Love this place!
