I recently bought a mobile home here in the park after two years of looking and waiting for the perfect place for me. It's been about 5 months now and I couldn't be any happier. Maintenance guy acts like a thug blaring rap music driving around on the golf cart ,parks it right in the middle of the roads then wants to flip you off and cuss u out
Do not rent here they would take your money and say that you never pay your rent. They’re bad on their service calls. They had a landlord that worked there and she took a bunch of money from tenants that live there and made people pay double on there rent or what ever they where miss from the Owner that was running itThis is a horrible trailer park.
