so I currently live in big oaks, been here for 2yrs. the property management and maintenance crew are amazing! they have been nothing but great help to me and my austic son. if you want to live in a supportive community, this is the best place!
I love this location. The property manager and maintenance crew are so awesome. They have been keeping up with the landscaping and its starting to look very nice. The upkeep has improved. They are very informative, and answered all my questions. I recommend them if you need a place to live. They truly care about you and their tenants. Id give a 10 star if possible. Keep up the good work.
I am experiencing a water leak next to my water meter. I put in a maintenance request and attempted to call and contact maintenance as well with no luck. I then left a voice mail for the manager. Would have went to office directly but it was closed at 4:30pm. Meanwhile my water bill is growing every hour it's leaking. I have experienced repeated problems contacting management and maintenance at this property.
Living in Big Oaks Estates in Harker Heights offers a peaceful, budget-friendly experience. The mature oak trees provide excellent shade, and having a pool, playground, and basketball court on-site is a huge plus. Under management leader Ms. Susan, the community feels safe, organized, well-maintained, and incredibly welcoming.
