Great service, will be bringing my car here again
I've been going to Big O for years now --> tire rotations, general service, the works. Booking is always easy and they get you in and out without any hassle. Good guys all around.
Quick response, good service, didn't try to up sell me.
First of all service was fast and efficient, secondly I feel I was misled on price. I called in last week and asked how much to change over from Winter to Summer tires with the tires on rims, I was given a price I accepted and made an appointment. Appointment completed today and the price was substantially higher due to shop supplies, I expect that when I go somewhere for a quote I get a price inclusive of any 'additions' that will be charged. *Update* Visited the manager, very nice guy, we discussed the situation and my rev... read more
Great tires but poor service. Asked to wait LONG past my scheduled apptment time but then I had to leave for another apptment so was rescheduled a WEEK later... :O Same happened 2nd time to finally get my new tires installed NOT IMPRESSED
