These guys are great! Very kind and explained everything to me thoroughly. Gave me great suggestions for mechanic shops and the shop didn't charging me anything when they didn't end up finding a leak on my tire. 10/10!

Dropped a tire off from my car with a nail in it at Big-O on Quadra, it was fixed quickly and they gave me a call. When I arrived they put it back on my car for me. This was much better service than from the dealer where I purchased the car and later the tires. In the same situation the dealer fixed the tire, charged for the repair and gave me the tire back to put on the car myself. Consider purchasing your next set of tires from the friendly staff at Big-O if you like true customer service!
