They are not smart and don’t measure tires… also sell used tires and are super over priced
Long story but I needed to get 2 new tires for my ram 1500 asap and not only did these guys have what I was looking for in stalk but they were able to get me in quick and beat other quotes I got . They informed me that one of my tire pressure sensors needed to be replaced and they also were able to do that for me . Excellent Job to all you at big O tires ...definitely will have you in mind for future and if anyone asks where I'd recommend

We were on vacation, last week in Victoria. Knew my tires were close to time to replace but thought we could get in another few short trips. Well, while traveling to Malahat and Sooke, we picked up a large bolt in the left rear tire. Had a very nice gentleman at West Shack Auto in Sooke help us change it out and he recommended Big-O Victoria.
