I came to Bakersfield not to long ago, and all I've been doing is mudding with my chevy. I needed an alignment and a new set of tires, and a buddy said to check this place out. Boy was he right. Ask for Charlene or Daniel they will help you out the most. Defiantly coming again.
I love the family friendly environment! I recommend, and usually see, my friends and family in the shop. I haven't had better customer service and quality care anywhere else. The staff are personable with great attitudes and positive feedback about your vehicle's visit. I love walking in to see the always helpful front of house staff, eager to get me and my car back on the road!

I went to Big-O Tire on Coffee Rd. Bakersfield to purchase a set of tires on November 3rd. When we got back to Oklahoma on the 20th my tire went flat. When we went to have the tire checked, the rim had been welded and NO way that could have been missed by a technician putting my tire on. We had no idea about the rim. They should not have put a tire on. How disheartening to know we could have been seriously injured or killed had the rim broke while driving. They should have told us! $578 for tires is not worth a life. Scandal... read more
