Recommendedeven with an appointment, it took an hour before they started on my truck and two and a half to finish it. still had quality products and the counter service was helpful and not pushy.

I reciently took my daughters van to get tires and a frontend alignment. Iwas greeteed warmly when I entered the store. It was explanined iin detail what would be done to the vehicle. I was advised where the customer waiting area was and to help myself to the refreshments. The vehicle was finished early from the time estimate that had been given to me. I would recommend this Big O store to anyone.
I had been there once before to get air in my tires bc I some how took air out of my tires trying to do it by myself at a gas station. So I thought my next oil change should be here because of how nice they are. Charlene and her team were great. I felt right at home. They even let me change the channel to something else on tv. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for a good, reliable, trustworthy place to take their care.
