I recommend you go somewhere else. Shady business practices. They said I had a nail in my tire that was irreparable when I took it for an oil change. I've never heard of that. I took it to another shop immediately after and they repaired it. I understand that patching tires didn't keep them in business but don't lie to me and say it can't be repaired.
I have loved and I mean absolutely loved going to big o tires for my car needs. As of recent I don't know what happened to personnel but being a women and getting a phone call about my car needing a new belt which I had already fixed with them for this man to tell me he's looking over my receipts of what I have got done and that I haven't had it serviced. I legit had to bring my own paperwork to show him I had already had it fixed at that exact location. So he either didn't fix it and charged me or fixed it and now I need an... read more
Came in to get my tire patched. Didn’t tell me they wouldn’t fix it until after they did my oil change. Tried to upsell me on a tire saying the mechanic wouldn’t do the repair. Came in to fix a tire and left with less air in my tire. Won’t recommend or return…
Awesome experience there every time. Customer service is spectacular. Their knowledge is excellent, and the wait time is amazingly quick forthe amount of work done.
