Came in with an odd request of getting a tractor tire re-beaded. Everyone in town would not even try. Called these folks and they had me in and out extremely quick and didn’t even charge me even though the tire needed a new valve stem. If I could give higher than 5 I would.
8-20-26: i walked in with unknown slow leak in tire. Diagnosed within 25 minutes. Very small nail that had previously not been noticed. Fixed at no charge! Friendly staff. Nice waiting lounge with drinks and snacks. My second visit here and I will continue to use Big O for future needs. Good customer service!
Hands down amazing people here Justin helped me out with 0 complaints and Matt the mechanic was amazing to work with also both took the time to listen to the issues I was having with my car and never once complained about the time or effort it took to fix it 100% recommend this big o tires
As there getting a tire and one of the employees had a mishap and backed into my fiancee car.. Justin the manager apologized and immediately said... Don't u worry we are gonna take care of everything... And the tire is on the house... So on a handshake I took him at his word ... And Justin delivered... Picked up her car today from Colors On Parade and they did a fantastic job... Thx Justin for being a man of ur word... Hard to come by these days ..
