We were traveling through Nevada when we got a metal piece in the back tire, causing it to lose air. Stopped in at a different tire shop and they didn't have time or staff to fix the tire. Went to Big O and was greeted by a friendly young man who was able to get the car in for the repair in 10 minutes. They checked all the tires to make sure they didn't have any more metal pieces. The other rear tire did, but it hadn't punctured the tire yet. Got the tire repaired and we're on our way. GREAT Service, will definitely use them... read more
I've been to many different Big O tires and this one is as good as all the others. I'm very impressed that Big O corporation has such consistent service throughout all their stores!
