I have taken my 2023 Subaru WRX to my neighborhood Big O Tire for oil changes and tire rotation and the service has always been excellent.
Always a great experience with the guys at Big O Tires. Fast and efficient service. I would always recommend them over that other company across the street.
Would rate a 5 if they just did what I asked instead of worrying about being out of manufacturer's specs. Still awesome personality and service. Best tire shop in G-Ville.

I AM SO INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED WITH THESE GUYS! Long story short, a Big O in California messed up my wheel bearings so badly by over torquing, that it damaged the wheel bearings, my brakes and my brake drums. While I'm in a battle with the California branch, these guys stepped in and did everything they could to make it right. The customer service, and their willingness to deal with my micro management ("this is the torque spec, please triple check, take pictures, save old parts"), and their friendliness, had turned a nightmar... read more
