I AM SO INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED WITH THESE GUYS! Long story short, a Big O in California messed up my wheel bearings so badly by over torquing, that it damaged the wheel bearings, my brakes and my brake drums. While I'm in a battle with the California branch, these guys stepped in and did everything they could to make it right. The customer service, and their willingness to deal with my micro management ("this is the torque spec, please triple check, take pictures, save old parts"), and their friendliness, had turned a nightmar... read more
Everything seems to be sound on the vehicle!
I had a great experience at Big o tires they gave me three estimates to choose from. Order my tires and got them there with in 2 days and installed. I thought there might have been some loose parts on the front drive line but they inspected it and made sure it was tight and aligned. Highly recommend the gardener real location Josh and Chuck were awesome!
Big O tires took care of me when Tires Plus would not and the customer rep at Tires Plus was a RUDE SOB. Angela Lister from Big O was super polite and took care of my flat tire quickly. Thumbs up to the tire Tech who fixed my flat tires, you rock and deserve credit for being fast and courteous. Update, 5/25/2025 got a new set of tires installed a few days ago and the service was just as good! UPDATE, 8/6/2025 Just got a front end alignment and all went well.
